5 1/2 inches around is not possibly right. at best it's probably 2 inches round. I can't see someone walking around with a chunk of 2x4 in their pants unless they are in a freak show. go measure again.

It is normal. Penis size varies from man to man depending on genetical factors and body structure. One can not change it. Good physical exercise keeps penis muscles fit.
