I am sick of spam emails with links directed to searchtop.org. Does anyone know who runs the searchtop.org directory?! Would like to report them somehow.

Best thing to do is to either use your e-mails report spam feature or to simply use your e-mails filtering options to filter that domain name text. Because Yahoo is better equipped to deal with such spamming issues as far as going after the destribtors of such spam.

hi, i recommand you to use firefox.
firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.
firefox can edit which site/popup to block and unblock.
besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.
