Oh, God, here goes the Bush bashers again. They are just brainless mimicking fools. The same people who aren't old enough or knowledgeable enough to remember a president other than Bush or Clinton, are reactionary experts on here. They forget clinton did nothing for 8 years against terrorism. They also forget he called out the military in Somalia and Kosovo, but that was ok in their minds.

Worst: Carter, Hoover, Johnson (both were terrible)

Best: Reagan, Roosevelt (both were good)

The best out of all of them was Ben Franklin. Not officially a president, but as close as you can get to one without being officially declared.

Worst it the current president George W. Bush. Best would have to Be Lincoln Because he freed the Slaves. Even though he did say that if he could end the war without freeing a single slave he would do it. But I'll let that slide because he still ended up freeing them. Or US i guess I should say.
