Yes, without a doubt!! And if you look at his career stats as a player you might want to consider him as HOF'er as well. I'm a Yankee and Phillies fan.

Although I'm a Cubs fan and despise the Yankees, Joe Torre is definately a HOF manager. You can't argue with results.

I'm not a Yankee fan (actually Mets!) but from a success point of view, he's taken them to the playoffs for 10 straight years, so he certainly has some managerial talent, plus he wasn't too bad of a hitter, so he should eventually make the Hall.
