Swimming, Yoga, And Pilates are WONDERFUL! Also, Slow biking (Not on a real bike!) at the gym is great, too.
I only gained 20 lbs from my pregnancy and lost it instantly. But no matter how much you exercise and how healthy you eat during your pregnancy, you'll gain weight no matter what.
But Swimming, Yoga, Pilates, and slow gym biking are great. You can also try light aerobics...They have an aerobics class at my country club for pregnant women.

I was an avid dog walker before getting pregnant with twins. Now, 21 weeks pregnant and already having braxton hicks & contractions, I've been limited to everything but swimming.
Swimming is the best exercise when you're pregnant. The water is great support for your growing belly. You don't sweat, and it's not straining on your ligaments like if you were just walking.

Depending on your level of fitness before you were pregnant, you can still do just about anything (according to my doctor) I ran three miles a day for the 1st three months during my pregnancy. He has another patient that ran a 1/2 marathon at 6 months. The trick with cardio is to keep your heart rate at or below 150. Watch it very closely. Stretching is very good for you and the baby. They have pregnancy yoga classes that you can sign up for. check with your doctor and they can recommend lots of stuff to do. :)
