It' s mounted on the trans, on the top at the shifter rod sticking out. Look for the gear shifter cable running through firewall and follow it to trans. It's the black box just below it (the shifter rod goes throught the centre of it). It should have 2 wire connectors on it. Size is approx 3.5 inches square, but it's not prefectly square. Hope this helps.

that switch prevents starting while in gear, so it's mounted close to the shifter.
