my dad has a awesome and hilarious comedy to go on tv. where do we go, what do i do. nothing drastic please

The best thing to do is have a Pilot episode written. Networks prefer to have the initial episode already written, to set the premise for the show.

If this isn't posible you'd need a full outline. The idea for the show, the characters (including their ages ect)

Once you have this, you need an agent who will scout the networks for you.
