I feel for you! I was sick almost the whole nine months with my first. The good news is, I wasn't sick at all with my second.
I know it's hard to eat when you feel like that, but you have to keep up your weight and strength. Here's some tips:
Try grazing all day long, rather than sitting down to one big meal three times a day. I found that I got sickest (is that a word? lol) if I let my stomach get too empty before I ate something else. I used to munch on things like grapes and little cubes of cheese all day long.
Also, for morning sickness, or nausea you may experience after sitting up from a nap, keep a tube of saltines next to your bed. Eat a few before you sit all the way up. My doc recommended that one and it really worked for me.
Good luck! If I can think of anything else, I'll edit it in later.

Unfortunately, it is not too uncommon, although for most women, the sickness usually subsides by this point in the pregnancy. It might just take a few more weeks before you're over the worst part or you could be one of the women who suffers throughout her pregnancy. Let's hope you're over it soon. Meanwhile, I'd talk to your doctor and ask for anti nausea medication, like Phenergan (fen-er-gan) There's also an over-the-counter remedy called "Emetrol" which worked wonderfully for me (I had horrible morning sickness!) Emetrol is not a medication, so to speak, but a syrup that settles your stomach. It's basically the same ingredients as Coke syrup, without the caffeine. Try taking Emetrol and then eat very-very small meals, like six meals instead of three. In other words, eat half as much (or even less) at each meal, but eat twice as often. I hope you feel better soon - there's nothing worse than morning sickness!

Tell your doctor. They have medicine that they can give you that helps with the nausea. The pills are really awesome. Also go get some of those Boost or Ensure drinks from the store. Drink one of those everyday to help replace some of your nutrients. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Dehydration can cause nausea. Eat as often as you can! Being hungry can cause nausea. Sometimes you end up getting sick before you feel the hunger. I really liked those cheese crackers or peanut butter crackers. Or even just a spoonful of peanut butter can help. Don't eat a whole bunch at once. Just eat a little then wait awhile and eat some more. Just keep a steady flow coming in. I am on my 5th pregnancy and this time with twins so I have had my fair share of nausea. Hang in there it will get better.

Some people are sick through their whole pregnancy, some never do get sick. It all depends on the person... I wouldn't worry about that, as long as you eat what you can... as far as not getting sick...
* Avoid warm places as heat can increase the nausea feelings.
* Take naps during the day (but not right after eating). Tiredness plays a big part in morning sickness.
* Get enough sleep at night.
* Get out of bed slowly in the morning.
* Try eating plain crackers or dry cereal before you get out of bed in the morning.
Smells:
* Open windows or turn on exhaust fans when cooking and after meals.
* Cooking in the microwave usually produces less odors.
* Silly as it sounds, carry a handkerchief with a few drops of a non nausea causing essential oil (lemon for example) in it and breath through it if you can't get away from the smell that is bothering you.
Food and Drink:
* Avoid greasy or spicy foods as they often cause nausea or heartburn.
* Eat what you want when you want it. Your cravings will not lead you the wrong way.
* Have frequent protein snacks. (Low fat meats and seafood, nuts, eggs and beans are high protein.)
* Eat smaller meals every two hours or so.
* Eating something salty before a meal can help you "make it through" a meal.
* Do not drink fluids with your meals.
* Non caffeinated teas like peppermint and ginger can help calm nausea.
* Drink small amounts of fluids regularly though out the day to avoid dehydration.
* Do not skip meals if you can help it.
* Avoid spicy and fried food - both eating and smelling it can increase your nausea.
* Cold food may have less nausea inducing smells associated with them.
Supplements:
* Try taking your prenatals later in the day.
* Talk to your doctor about:
o Vitamin B6 - 50 mg. daily. Vitamin B6 has been shown to help with pregnancy induced nausea.
o Ginger capsules: 250 mg. three times daily. Ginger has long been associated with alleviating nausea. (Remember drinking ginger ale when you felt sick when you were little?)
o Ask your doctor if you can stop taking your Prenatals temporarily to see if the nausea diminishes. You may still need to take a Folic Acid supplement to help protect your baby.
o Talk to your doctor about not taking iron supplements unless you are anemic. Iron supplements can be hard for your stomach to deal with.

It's definitely no fun, but by this time you should be able to keep some food down because your baby's organs are developing. You should go see your doctor. Don't be scared; more than likely they will give you something to increase your appetite and/or keep your food down. Now is not the time for morning sickness remedies. You need to eat!

I was sick the entire time I was pregnant. I ended up eating little tiny meals, and generally laying down to eat.

You need to make sure to keep eating. My prenatal vitamins made me sick when I would eat while I was pregnant. I told my doc and we switched , so maybe you should see about that. Other wise you are still early in the pregnancy .. so it may go away. But you should still try to eat something. Your little one needs it =) Good Luck!

talk to your doctor about this. If it is that serious they will end you giving you fluids through an IV, so you wont be dehydrated. My friend was sick the first 6 months everyday. She had some type of patch to help with the nausea. Ask your doctor.
