Sounds like a heel spur. Your best bet is to go to the doctor. Arch supports will help too.

It sounds like maybe plantar faciatis. Sit on the edge of a chair, couch, whatever and gently stretch the front of your foot (like under toes) up using a rolled up towel or strap or whatever. This stretches the ligaments and tendons that become tight and cause pain on some people. I had problems with this for a long time, from very flat feet. Also HORSESHOE shaped arch supports(not the regular wedge shaped ones) in your shoes will help greatly.

i have the same problem. It may be your job, if you are walking all the time. you may have a high instep and need to buy dr. schols inserts for your shoes. Other than that, I wish I knew more. When I asked people they thought i should go to the doctor It may be diabetes. Just a thought.

Yep, gotta use ice after you get home and sit down.

then see a podiatrist. If you let this go, you will have chronic pain all your life. GET TREATMENT TODAY.
