ummm... i dont think your husband is a gay just because he likes to lick "icepops" which happens to be a phalic symbol. i mean, if he really were a gay, he'd never have married you, right?
have faith on your partner, and if you still have doubt, why dont you ask directly to him? he is your own husband and you can always talk to him to clarify things!

chances are its a bad habit carried over from childhood, better chances are it really gets to you so he keeps doing it!!!Stop reacting and he"ll look to aggrivate you some other way! check it out
