No, it will not work, 94 is a 4L60E, the 84 is a 700R4.
700R4 is a Hydraulic controlled unit, 4L60E is a Electronic controll unit, they look the same, work differently, most of the internal parts are interchanged, not the Valve Body.

check all bolt patterns unlike ford chevy has a habit of changing bolt patterns and chesk the tailshaft length
is blazer 4wd or 2wd that will make a difference in application also

IF IT"S A 4X4 BLAZER THEY WILL NOT WORK OUTPUT SHAFT IS LONGER WILL NOT FIT INTO TRANSFER CASE IF IT'S A TWO WHEEL DRIVE BLAZER MEASURE THE TAIL SHAFT IF IT'S THE SAME SIZE IT WILL WORK BUT USE THE DRIVE SHAFT FROM THE BLAZER

Nope. blazer trannys are meant for blazers..try a GMC jimmy or s10s.

It should fit OK but you may have to change drive shaft length
