Nite Market usually refers to "Pasar Malam" in SG context. and yes like what the others mentioned it "moves" around.
so it's not easy to locate them as they are mostly at heartlands areas.
However if you are looking for Nite markets which are similar to those in Hong Kong or Taiwan, your safest bet will be Bugis Village.
it is something similar like the Chatucak wkend market in BKK.
when i mentioned similar, it's designed in a way like a market..but is very "commercialize" now.
1 thing to note...not all the shops open till really late. and they do open during the noon time.
some shops allow bargaining, while mostly does not.

Yes i am a singaporean and there is alot of night markets out here.
It changes location every month.
I live in Ang Mo Kio and there's one going on right now.
Do come and visit yeah.
The food tastes great & superb !

No need to look for night market...look for 24hrs shopping. The One and Only MUSTAFFA. Best Shopping Centre in Asia. They have almost everything there.
