I see a specialist, but nothing has been working.....

You should be lucky. Most meds have side effects no matter what they cure. You should find the root of what your allergic to. Your better off going the natural way. Maybe you should seek a second opinion....from another specialist, to make sure it's an allergy problem and not somethng else that mimics an allergy. Especially if you're miserable and have tried strong medications with no relief.

what are you taking? I use Allegra 180, and singulair..a steroid nasal spray may work, this is a terrible time for allergies, if you get allergy injections I heard they aren't as effective and take much longer to work through your system.
