I am currently in Singapore and i am a singaporean.
I strongly suggest that if people could move any where in the world, they should come to Singapore.
It doesn't have much natural disasters. The only thing to be afraid of here is lightning.
Since Singapore is located near the Equator, it is indeed the most safest place in the whole world.
Singapore is also a multi-racial country & thus, you could find out about the different races we have here such as..
Muslims ; like people from malaysia
you can learn about their tradition and culture.
Indians ; such as people from india
Chinese ; such as people from china
Eurasians ; those from US.
There are alot of people in Singapore although it is just a tiny dot on the map.
There are still many historical sites around and thus, you can find out more about Stamford Raffles ; the person who found Singapore.
Their is also a war memorial park where there are statues of our war heroes.
I think you should definitely come to Singapore and visit the places of interests such as..
- Little India [ for the indians ]
- Chinatown [ for the chinese ]
- Kampong glam [ for the muslims ]
or sentosa.

Orchard Road, Bugis, Marina Square and Suntec City (for shopping)
Sentosa (for swimming, fun and sight seeing)
Chinatown, Little India, Arab Street, Geylang Serai (for Food & to experience the culture of the differences races in Singapore)

Lots of shopping shopping shopping!!! Ochard road for fashion, mustafa centre is popupar for wide variety and reasonably priced goods, great for people with budget constraint!
If you like nature, botanical gardens, bird parks and sentosa will be good, be prepare for the hot and humid weather !:)

U can go to marina bay, esplanade,raffles place,merlion park,clarkquay,buckquay,science centre,snowcity,jurong bird park,bugis,mt.faber,east cost park,pasirlis,punggol, fulletron hotel,etc...... *If you want to know more about Singapore, you can take the Singapore map or you can visit to the visitsingapore.com.
