Anything in the medical field -- from billing to surgery. Everyone will always need some form of health care.
International Relations -- Fluently speaking other languages beside your native tongue is a huge asset! But, yes, I agree... you have to master English first!

not a computer programer because there is this thing call open source "free software" plus they are lots of programers all over the world a programer get paid like $27 and hour here in the US while you can paid 27cents on INDIA for the same program I would say real state or a lawyer people are aways getting in trouble there is more people getting in trouble than getting sick
