Stop, take a deep breath, analyze whatever it is that is bothering you thoroughly, then remind yourself that whatever you decide to do, the world will still continue to exist.

Many people handle pressure by taking a smoke break, which all it does is takes you away from the situation for a short time. Basically if you dont smoke then just take a 5 min power nap. Not think about the pressure and attack it 5 minutes later. The pressure can wait. It wont go anywhere and thinking about it will not help you.

Why didn't you just write, "How do you handle pressure?" Why did you write, "Best answer to the question 'How do you handle pressure?'" I don't know if you're asking how we handle pressure, or if you're asking what is the best answer to the question of how I handle pressure.
That's a lot of pressure!

I scream, rant, rave and slam a door. Then I have a cold beer and all the pressure seizes to exist. Well thats what I did yesterday. Cardio helps the pressure.

I take a deep breath and try to calm myself down. Sometimes I have to count from 20 back to 1.
