I'd like to know a good way to send a monthly newsletter out to as many people as I can. I've tried saving it as a PDF, but there is too many pictures and fonts in my letter to create a small file that can be sent by e-mail. I've tried scanning it and sending it as a JPEG... still too big if I have the resolution high enough to read it properly.
I don't know how to create my own web page (yet) or I'd post it on that.
Any suggestions for easy, cost efficient distribution yet still allowing me to keep the photos and fonts I've used?

The most efficient method would be to create a webpage so that people can come to it to read it once you send them the link through e-mail. In that e-mail, I'd include a listing telling the titles of the articles or topics included in the newsletter. You can also send the webpage to them through e-mail.

What you need to do in order to create a webpage easily is to get a WYSIWYG (pronounced "whizzy wig") html page creator. WYSIWIG stands for "What you see is what you get", and it means that you don't have to know how to use html.

A basic WYSIWIG editor is included with the Netscape Communicator internet browser. You can download this at http://www.netscape.com . There are other programs out there, so do a search on a site such as tucows.com to look for others to try out.

If you don't want to do a webpage, you could try doing the newsletter in Microsoft Word if you have that. Pictures can be included, and you can create text boxes to arrange things on the page.
