how do i cut /create to get a pic and not a gray smiley i want a pic like the ones i see. they are so funny and personal i cant click on the badge words hell i dont know how to paste

Pics are almost always images, so you can at least them by right-clicking the pic and select the option 'Save Image As' (or 'Save Picture As...' if you have the bad taste of using Internet Explorer rather than Firefox :-) from the popup menu.
You can also copy it that way; just right-click the image, then select Copy from the popup menu. When possible, you can paste the image by right clicking the place where you want the pic, and selecting the option 'Paste' from the popup menu. Note that a lot of the time, it's not possible to paste...
