they don't hurt and they are of and on it just makes me worried has anyone had cramps at 23 weeks and is it normal

You're either experiencing the stretching of ligaments to accomodate the growing uterus, or Braxton-Hicks contractions. Braxton Hicks can start as early as 20 weeks. If you have any loss of fluid, or bleeding, call your doctor asap. But, otherwise let your OB know where specifically your cramps are at your next prenatal exam.

Its normal, my sister is around the same as you and she has the same kind of cramps. I would go to the Dr. just in case. Good Luck!!

completely. it's normal to feel some cramping since your belly is stretching out to make room for your little one.

no check how regular they come 1e every 5 mins , but let ur midwife know. espcially if they get more intensive

yes its just that you are growing and things are streaching out

yes it is normal..they could be hiccups too(from baby)
