I don't see any end to anything. Poor Israel, they just have to do it.
EU and the US should should join Israel in pressuring all Arab nations to disarm the Hezbollah. An armed Hezbollah is a continuing violation of the peace negotiations in the area.
The Lebanese, by doing nothing to disarm the Hezbollah, is being uncooperative to international peace efforts.

Nah, the Qu'ran teachers Muslims to hate Jews vehemently. One need only read the book and the Surah's. The only difference between the muslims of yesterday and the muslims of today is that the Jews were not free of muslim control. Christians, Jews, and non-muslims are treated as second class citizens. Islam will never be able to be at peace with non-muslims until they have a reformation similiar to CHristianity had during the Renassaince. It is a violent death cult. All muslims then are EXTREMISTS.

More than likely. Violence and its indescriminate application only serves to generate ill will, hatred, and the sort of deep seeded anger that leads to suicide bombers, terrorists, and further extremism.
Just think of Israel's Lebanese exploits as ensuring the next 20 years of terrorist acts and suicide bombers!
It might not be that bad, but it sure seems more likely to have this effect, as opposed to increaed security and stability in the region!

No. As you can see, hezbollah is now demanding talks for a cease fire. If the USA allowed Israel to finish the job 10 years ago, we wouldn't be dealing with it now.
