(4. 8. 14. 16. 23. 42)
add up to 108? the number of minutes between each time they press the button!

I'm new at "Lost" but where did these (4 8 14 16 23 & 42) come from? B/C I thought the numbers or codes were random & changed constantly. Like they gave the indication an episode that it was the same #'s as in the date of some of the plane crashes???

The numbers are actually 4, 8, 15, 16, 23 and 42...
And I think that Jack's dad is the father of Claire's son Aaron.
Now.. have you been to the Hanso Foundation websites, and called the Hanso Foundation's phone #? Now THAT'S cool stuff.

I did know that! I wasn't smart enough to figure it out on my own though, I had to read it on a website.
In response to village Idiot's theory on Jack's dad being Turniphead's father....I don't think so. My theory is that Jack's dad is Claire's father. so =P (ok, I read that one somewhere too, but I think it's a good theory)
