I really like the fact that the contact phone # and link to a map on how to get there are on the first page and near the top of it. I can't tell you how many sites where I want to get further info or perhaps visit, that I have become frustrated because I have to search through pages and pages of info just to find phone number and address, then have to go to mapquest to find where the heck it is.
