Just google is as WWII photo archives. I know when I was doing a project on WWII i found so many websites. You just have to scan through them and look through websites like www.pbs.org or www.historychannel.com!

I believe there was a Russian photog using color during the war. I remember seeing color photos from the war, just not who took them.
