when i get mad, i close my eyes and counting 1-10 and try to view a pretty girl or good looking guy. So you will calm down. The most thing i get mad is when somebody throw a bad talk about my family.

When I argue with my boyfriend I don't know why but I get up and start cleaning (if I'm not cleaning already when we start) The thing I get mad about most is when the people I live with don't pull their weight with chores and helping out.

When I'm mad, I listen to the type of music like screamo or something that is full of fast paced beats and guitar riffs. I listen to it as loud as it will go, and I breathe or sing along. Then after a little bit, I feel better. This is why it boggles my mind that people say violent music causes violence....mainly because after listening to violent music, all my violent desires are gone.

I complain A LOT!
I complain mostly about injustices in the world.
How a judge in Ga would let a child molestor out of doing jail time - because HE might get picked on (the poor guy)
Right now I am mad at my psyciatist. He has me on this med that makes me sleepy. I've told him this and all he does is increase the dosage so I won't be so sleepy!
