Howdy from OZ, Okay get your friend to click on start at bottom left hand corner of screen, click on all programs, click on accessories, click on magnifier and change the settings inside.

if EVERYTHING is like that (not just text in web-browsers) she'll need to raise the resolution of her desktop.
On the desktop, right click anywhere, and select Properties. Select the Settings tab. there should be a slider under where it says Resolution. Slide that around to find one that she likes - most people like around 1280x1024.

If she is surfing: Open view in the browser. In text size, change the size.
I other programs she has to open the format tab or function.

Hey just to answer your question, go to view and text size and that should do it. And yeah Cyndi is so awesome in concert and she actually danced in my daughter's chair at the concert we had gone to. She's very cool! Thanks for your answer also.

if you have a scroll button on your mouse, hold the ctrl button down and scroll up and down. It adjusts the text on its own.
