Most grow up in bad conditions, with repressive teaching and no real access to the real world. It is like they are brainwashed into their "Death to America" mentality.
That is encouraging that, given the opportunity, people can change for the better.

There is no difference in a terrorist or a christian.
It is just a perception issue.
Both are zealots, who believe they are right and any other belief system is wrong.
Both believe it is OK to kill in the name of their "Supreme Being."
Sad, but true.
"Believe in the same God that I believe in, or it is religiously acceptable for me to declare war on you, and kill you."
Both are wrong.

I don't think that becoming a Christian is the route to stopping terrorism, but you can try. ha..I don't think it will slim down your chances at all of getting shot at. If anything missionizing could improve those chances. What are you up for?
