Countless quotes from the bible. The one that has stuck with me the most would be ' be anxious for nothing'. When I learned a while back to live that way and to put my trust in God, life got so much easier!

The best advice my mother ever gave me was to Pick Your Battles. When my son (now 14) was a baby, i would go absolutely nuts about every thing he did. She told me if I kept that up, I would drive us both insane. Remember, if he doesnt always clean his room, but he is kind, considerate, respectful, honest, and happy, that is more important. Clothes will wash, the crayon will come off the wall, but your baby will only be your baby for so long, cherish those moments.
