LOL As far as I know if you are an illegal alien and you get caught breaking the law in any fashion...you're out of here. A guy hit my sister on her bike while going through a stop sign...he had no insurance...DEPORTED!

You can if you are not a A)AMerican Citizen B)Resident Alien C) on some sort of Work Visa. If you are one of these then you are slapped with a fine since in most places its usually a civil offense.
