It has big houses amazing views and it's warm and lots of things to do. I was thinking about buying a house over there in Miami thats in my price range from $7,000,000$ to $20,000,000$ when I makwe that kind of money I don't even have my first job let alone that kind of money but my goal is by 30 I can by real estate at those prices but is Miami a good place to live in and are homes that are that expensive able to go through hurricanes every year easily.And how's the crime in the city compare it to other cities like NYC,LA,ATL,CHI,HOU,DAL,PHI,DET i hope you know what cities those are.

i live there and miami is great. yes hurricanes can be bad but thats life and we go through that and there isnt anything we can do about that can we? okay during a hurricane you loss electricity and air. so its very hot but if you buy one of the power things oh ya a generator you can turn on some things in the house and get electricity in some places. last year we didnt have electricity till like novemeber 19! and the last huricane was in october. imagine such a long time without the electricity. but when it comes to summer, t paradise at the beaches and pools. i tell ya miami is very busy. its like a second new york. i love it here. even though it doesnt snow. i love it here. its the best place ever.

Miami is great, I have an apartment in south Beach and love it. We live in ATL and rent it when we can. One of the best real estate investments i ever made.
