Masturbation is completely normal - and it has absolutely no adverse physical side effects.
There is only one defintive check to ensure that you are normal.
Here it is. (and you can do this on your own in a private place)
i count your testicles - the answer should be two
ii count your penis - the answer should be one
If you pass this simple test, you are completely normal.
Enjoy your masturbation.

Contemplating pounding your pud, eh? Well, I hope there are no adverse effects or I'm screwed. (Not screwed to be exact.) It's normal. Other than maybe some sort of wierd friction burns or a fractured penis (it can really happen) I can't think of anything at all that would be an adverse side effect. Of course this sort of thing is a lot more fun with someone else, so why don't you go get yourself a girlfriend/boyfriend or whatever you're into.

I don't think there are any adverse health effects from masturbating. If anything it will make it bigger and thicker. Kind of like working out.

Not really, just be sure to switch hands often to avoid cramps and so one arm doesn't gain more muscle mass than the other from all the extra curricular exercise.
