For me it was alcohol.
My wife at first displayed anger, then dispair and finally hopelessness. I was to blind to see my own problem.
Take it from someone who was there at one time, if you have to hide your vice, you have a problem.
For drugs, hook up with an Narcotics Anonymous (NA) program.
NA is a 12 step program similar to AA.
These programs, if followed completely, will open your eyes and open your life to the way it should be.
Drugs and alcohol NEVER solve any of life's problems, they only create more. They also have a way of blinding you to the fact that you have a problem.

I never done any drugs but my wife has. I caught her and she admitted she had a problem for four years. of course i was pissed but still had to support her. she is currently going through re hab. i deff see a lot of changes for the good in her. recently she confessed that she wanted me to catch her. i wish she just came out and told me. it would have been much easier to move forward.

you should be able to tell your husband anything and really it depends on why your doing drugs to be skinny ? to escape from reality ? drugs are bad either way but if your doing them once in awhile for recreational reason it shouldnt be a big deal
