Screech from Saved by the Bell. He got older and that stupid voice didnt change... the College years were even worse... it was a stupid character.

Charles Schine from Derailed. He was SO stupid all the way through. I couldn't stand him. Erin from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake was pretty stupid too. Leather face drops his chainsaw to attack her brother and Erin attacks Leather face by slapping his back instead of picking up the chainsaw and killing the guy. UGH!
