and what round can i maybe get scott kazmir and chris carpenter with young rising stars like liriano and verlander i think they might be available in the late 2nd and 3rd rounds

Depends on the rest of the year, but if Liriano and/or Verlander win over 15 and lose 5 or less, neither will be available in the 2nd or 3rd rounds.
Chris Carpenter came out of nowhere last year and this year was a late 1st rounder (at least in my league). I expect these 2 to be the same in '07.
Based on this year, you could get Carpenter and Kazmir in the 2nd or 3rd rounds.

Kazmirs value is somehow going down.Carpente is still a first rounder and so is Liriano.I think Verlander will be a early 2nd mostly because alot of people dont know how great he pitches.None of these guys are in the round,Kazmir might be an early one since pitchers have not pitched good this year and hitters have dominated

definitely depends on your league scoring. Liriano will go probably #12-15. Pujols will still be #1. Kaz will be a 3rd rounder because he's still on a lousy team. Carpenter will go #15-18 probably. Verlander late 2nd or early 3rd.
I can't really rank 12 players without knowing your scoring system.
