Visit the Casting Department (aka Human Resources) next time you visit Walt Disney World in Florida. If you're in Los Angeles I'm sure Disney has offices there as well. Ask one of the Cast Members (aka employees) and they can point you in the right direction.

Ok, I am not trying to be stupid: If you are asking how to do this on yahoo answers you are not likely to succeed. You need to have talent, develop that talent through drama classes and practical work, put in a ton of hours working on small parts in local plays and generally learning the ropes of the business. Once you get some small parts, you will need an agent.
Incidentally, most Disney stars are older than the ages they act so you have to look like you are 12 or 13 and really be 20 or so. If you had any shot at this, you wouldn't be asking people online how to do it, so log off and get to work!

Continue to strive for your dreams...try doing pageants or contact agencies that do modeling... like for instance, I'm with an agency... it's called Millie Lewis!!! They have conventions every year for newcomers in the business!!!Enjoy!!!
