It's possible that you are ovulating. Ovulation often times triggers a clear, watery discharge that is also stretchy (like egg whites).
Regarding pregnancy, I would wait to see if you are even late for your period - pretty early to tell that.

If you had unprotected sex, then maybe... if you didn't, then no. It has nothing to do with your discharge which is normal.
