gee thanx. so i guess it's crap.
btw, i'm not a stalker. my friend has been going through a really tough time, and has had a really hard life. i just want her to know that i will always be there for her.

You have great depth of ability to tap into your own emotions and express them in written word. Not many people out there can write in a conscious stream of thought. It is a rarity in this world. I liked your work very much and pay no attention to that 'teacher'. The only line I would question is the line 'how many times you scream, I hate you...I would try to word that a little more demurely...for your audience would 'hate' the person hating you and not sympathize with the plight of the singer. A good rule of thumb would be to remember the repetive chorus, perhaps with the beginning line I will always be right here...add to that and intersperse it in the rest of the song. You show great promise and depth beyond your years.

You are 16, I am 38.
Never, never, and never ask people what they think of your art!!!
Tell them what they think. People are drones who just want to follow the leader. So lead them. Have you not experienced television?
Art cannot be judged at all unless it's for a specific purpose.
Bach would not be a good theme for a sitcom.
mel torme should not open for metallica.
It all has it's own time and place you see.
If it is for your friend it will be appreciated.
People try to control they're culture with negativity.
Saying something sucks and whatnot.
Your being positive by contributing something.
That is real control.
Know the purpose of what you write before you start.
There are good books to help you along. ;)

The story line is not really balanced. You have some good points and you have some good phrases, but this needs serious editing and refining. Avoid the arcane. Avoid trite cliches. Avoid saying what others have said before you a million times.
