I have to ask. . . why do you have radiant CEILING heat? If you mean radiant floor heat on the second floor then it is easy to instal as the radiant heat tubes are usually touching the floor it is connected to, so you should have about 5 inches of clearance.

If it is radiant ceiling heat then do what the previous poster said, again I ask why?

You can but don't puncture one of the lines. Just locate a ceiling koist to give the fan extra support when mounted. Use a stud finder & trim a small hole to ensure no radiant lines are in the way and attach your fan.
