I have perfect spelling but I often see other people get bashed over the littlest things on the Internet. Nitpicking things. Especially when one person disagrees with the other or is a fan of something that the offending person dislikes. It's kind of dumb, I have seen these exaggerated nitpickings a lot and it just makes both parties look foolish. Don'tcha agree? Or are you going to dissect my question thoroughly and point out the flaws, following it with a short answer including terms like "obviously" and "of course", then calling me a newb?

I swear, I witness this all the time on message boards.

We all tend to make spelling mistakes, but as long as it is understandable its ok.I quite often see a mistake in my answers, but sometimes let them go as i know(think i know) it will be acceptable.I think it is sometimes a case of someone clicking on ones question, then realising that is one that they cant answer,so they just answer with a lot of--nitpicking,as you call it.Oh by the way, how can one pick on anothers spelling unless they are absolutely certain that it is spelt that way??-eg--Australian--colours--American--colors-I am of english decent, living in australia, and there is a variation in the english spelling--who cares,-we all know what we are saying. What annoys me is when i see people attacking the foreign people for their efforts in communicating in broken english,I really do try to help answer these peoples questions.I could be wrong about colors as i just did a spell check to see if i was right and it didnt come up with colors-but it did pick on realising, wanting me to change it to realizing--we dont use -z.What sort of spellcheck is this ?it wanted me to change -spelt--to --splat"??

You have eight errors in your paragraph, so don't say you have perfect grammar.

Regarding the quote below, it seems the people weren't talking ABOUT him, they were talking TO him, which of course, to correct someone's grammar is considered rude . . .
