The same thing happened to me. They did all kinds of tests and said that I needed to drink a lot more water. After I started drinking more water, I was fine.

Your heart works harder when you are pregnant, therefore it beats a little faster. If it feels like it is beating too fast, talk to your doctor. I think you should talk to your doctor just to be on the safe side. Good luck.

During your pregnancy, your blood volume increases, and you become fluid overloaded... When you say faster than normal, your heart do work little more during pregnancy... However if your heartbeats more than 100, then I would talk to your doctor about it... Caffeine is a big deal... cut down on stress, and overwork... One thing I would check is your Blood pressure. If it is too high, I would be very worried....

It could be nothing...but I would call and check with your doctor just to be safe. I know my sister had blood preassure problems when she was pregnant...

Ask you doctor and stay away from caffeine and ibuprofen.
