The only pain is from when the needle breaks the skin, and that shouldn't hurt much.
You might get queasy because of blood loss, but not an injection.
Unless you're getting drugs or poison injected.

Taking blood is a lot worse, in my opinion, that having a vaccination.
Vaccinations differ from person to person, though.
What are you being vaccinated for? In my experience, the tetnus booster is the most uncomfortable for small children (toddlers is what I am talking about).
If you have a needle phobia, you should let the nurse know ahead of time so that she can help you out.
A lot of people have needle phobias and the nurses will help you through it.
My girlfriend has asked me to go with her for a flu shot before b/c she knows that needles freak her out and she just needs someone to keep her distracted while she gets vaccinated. Might be an idea for you, too.
I promise, though, having blood drawn is worse than a shot!

There is a very small amount or no pain usually. I think it is other things, a memory of something earlier that sets us off when we are like that. I used to be like that, but I paid to see a hypnotist two times and it made a huge difference. I had to start giving myself shots which I didn't think would ever be possible. I had a temper tantrum. But, I did overcome it and though I don't like shots, I can deal with it now.

merely look as we communicate forward while they're doing it. - and yea, curiously tetanus quite hurts - i does no longer be attentive to, I also have a extra physically powerful soreness threshold than multiple human beings. 'Flu' will merely be like *poke* - "lol, all completed ^^" 'Tetanus' will probable provide you a dull arm for something of the day. - get the tetanus shot interior the arm which you do no longer use the main. lol, or get the tetanus shot in one in all your @ss cheeks - having 0.5 of your @ss circulate numb for an afternoon could be superb-cool~! XD

Depends what they are. Some hurt more than others, but generally they only sting right at the moment they're being shot. Afterwards, there is no real pain, just fatigue (usually of course).
The important thing to do is relax the muscle where the syringe is piercing.

It's a little prick. It's quick. Don't look when the doctor is taking the blood out. That makes me queasy too. I don't watch.

The last time I got my shots, my doctor counted to three, did it on two. It was painless, but I collapsed on the way out. I hate needles!

It feels like someone is pinching you, yet not as bad as when someone pinches you with their nails. I work with children with Autism and I get children pinching me when they hear loud noises often. I can't stand the pinching but yet I can take a shot no problem. You'll be fine!
