The above answer is one of the easier ways of doing it. There are other ways, too.

1) You can send/receive ringtones by Bluetooth with the RAZR. This method doesn't cost you anything. If someone has a ringtone on their phone (and it supports Bluetooth), then they can transfer the ringtone to you.

2) You can install software on your computer, get a cheap USB cable for the RAZR, and transfer your own .mp3's to the phone. The easiest program I've found to do this is called Mobile Phone Tools (see link below).

Hope this helps.

I don't have the razr but I have a motorola E815. Do you have a slot for a mini-SD card? If so then you can buy them at Best Buy -- they come in 256 mb to 1 gb sizes (about $40-100) with an SD adapter. If your computer comes with an SD slot, then you're all set. If not then you can always buy an USB SD adaptor at Best buy, just plugs into your computer. Put the blank card in the phone first and scroll in the menu until you get "format card". after the card is formatted, then put into the SD adapter, put it in your computer and then it'll show up as a separate disk on your desktop (mac) or on "my computer" as disk G (windows.) Just move your mp3 files over to the memory card by dragging them over. Now make sure each file name has .mp3 on the end of it and that the file name is short with no funny characters. If you are using Mac Os X, put .mp3.mp3 at the end of it. Examples: music.mp3 (windows), music.mp3.mp3 (mac). Don't ask me why you have to do this. Also make sure it is an mp3 file, not mp4 or any other format. Now eject the disk, pull it out and replace into the phone slot (careful about the way it goes in and be very careful with it-- they are very fragile.) Now go to your "Sounds" menu and select your Trans-Flash for your music source. Select the music and press play. You can make playlists and have it shuffle. Get some headphones too... if you have any questions, email at byroncmw@yahoo.com

I think you go to a website that provides songs, pick the song, make sure your sell phone is on and it is programed into your phone via seattlelite. You must provide your cell number. That's how I received ringtones on my razr. Hope this helps.
