There is only one light controlled by two, 2 way switches. One in location (A) and the other in location (B)...I would like to add two dimmers, one in location (A) and the other in location (B)..Both are installed just above the two, 2 way switches! Now, let say the 100watts bulb only gives 40% of its light while being controlled by the dimmer in location (A)..Is it possible for the dimmer in location (B) To increase the light to 100%, 50% or lower it down to 10% or 20% and switch it off all together...and go again to location (A) and switch it on and controll again by the location (A) dimmer..

if you are dimming a single light fixture from two locations, two three way switches, you typically need to dim from only one location. if you desire to dim from two locations you need to find a dimmer manufacturer that has master and slave dimmer controllers.

keep in mind you can get a standard 600w dimmer for around $15-20, if you want to do the master/slave plan to pay up to triple per unit.

Bud, to control a single light fixture with 2 differently located switches, you will need a special kind of switch called 3-way or 4-way if you want to add another control terminal. Some Pro out there correct me please if I am wrong, I am not aware of the existence of a 3 way or 4 way dimmer switch at this time. you got a good, very tought provoking question!!!! ride on.

you need 2- 3way dimmer switches. and if its a flourescent light you need dimmers designed specifically for flourescent lamps.
