Congratulations on your upcoming arrival! I'm sorry your feeling so tired and weak at the moment. The good news however, is that it is a normal occurance. I would advise you just to put your feet up, relax, and try to enjoy these last few weeks before your bundle of joy arrives.

I'm going to include an article from a book of mine that I think you might find helpful.

"Increasing fatigue

I've heard women are supposed to feel terrific in the last trimester. I feel tired all the time.

'Supposed to', is a phrase that ought to be stricken from a pregnant woman's vocabulary. There's no one way you're supposed to feel at any time in pregnancy. Though some women feel less tired in the third trimester than in the first and second, many continue feeling fatigued or even more fatigued. Actually, there are probably more reasons to feel tired than terrific in the last trimester. First of all, you're carrying around a lot more weight than you were earlier. Second, because of your increased bulk, you may have trouble sleeping. You may also be losing sleep because your ind is overloaded with baby concerns, to-do lists, and fantasies. And if you have responsibilities other than carrying and nuturing and preparing for the new baby - such as taking care of other children, a job, or both - the fatigue factors multiply exponentially.

Fatigue is a normal part of this stage of pregnancy, but that doesn't mean you should ignore it or resign yourself to being continously exhausted. As always, fatigue is a signal from your body that you should slow down. Take the hint. Make rest and relaxation a priority as much as you can and cut back on any nonessential activities. You'll need every bit of strength you can save up for labour, delivery, and more important, what follows.

Extreme fatigue that doesn't ease up when you get more rest should be reported to your doctor. Anaemia, which can trigger such fatigue, sometimes strikes at the beginning of the third trimester, which is why most practitioners repeat a routine blood test for it in the seventh month"

I'm going to include the link to a pregnancy and parenting forum that I think you might find handy. It's full of supportive women with boundless knowledge about these issues. I learnt so much there that I doubt I would have learnt otherwise.

I hope I could be of some help to you!

Although it's normal to feel pretty tired throughout pregnancy, and especially at the end, if you're also feeling really weak, it's possible you may have developed anemia which happens to some women in the 2nd or 3rd trimester.

You should be tested for this by your doctor or midwife if you are feeling weak all the time and not just sleepy or fatigued.

You will get more tired at the end of your pregency because your little one is growing more and becoming more active and also in the stage of getting ready for birth too. I would call your doctor and just to make sure everything is going smoothly and tell him about you being weak. Are you eating right and taking prenatal vitamins and getting plenty of sleep? These are all very important to keep up your strength after all you are also providing for your unborn child too.

Talk to your doctor, you could be a little anemic (lower then normal red blood cells). It is normal to be a bit tired though, your body is supporting 2 of you. Rest when you can, you need plenty of energy for labour. Good luck with your last few weeks.

I experienced a pregnancy during summer months and it was HELL! Naturally, a pregnant woman's body temperature is considerably higher than that of the average person so that just adds to your misery. In the last few weeks of pregnancy it is natural to feel tired and weak. You are getting closer to your delivery date and your body is just responding to that. I am not a doctor, I am just sharing my personal experience.

Ask your doctor.

Seriously, for your own sake, and that of your baby.

Other users here at Yahoo Answers can only guess and speculate.

I wish you the very best of luck! :-))
