somehow i lost my history button and my white bar that I can type in an address How do I get it back?

I assume that you're using internet explorer.
1. right click on the tool bars
2. Uncheck mark "Lock the toolbar" >> now you're able to move
*** if "Address bar" hasn't check mark, then check mark "Address bar"

Try right-clicking on a blank spot on the toolbar for a sub-menu, and select "customize." You can select the buttons you want to display.

click on view at the top. Then put cursor on toolbar and look to see if everything is checked. Also (ctrl h) will bring up your history.
