I like Ga_Christie_04's answer. But she won't do that, maybe a ******** would do. Take her some where she couldn't go before because of her age. Or to a place that she used to love to be at, when she was young (a special place that she has mentioned to you. One that she'll never ever think you would even remember her telling you about) no matter how goofy YOU may think it is. This would be a very special birthday for her to remember for the rest of her life. GET IT ?

Throw a crazy theme party for her. Something fun that everyone can get in to; like 80's or Leather and Lace, Pimps and Hoes, Island, futuristic, whatever. Just get really into it and create themed activities.
