Spam is usually against the code of conduct of your internet service provider. If they get a complaint concerning your address, you might get kicked off their service for ever.

yes u can it can be back tract to you, with a tracking program,or they can back track to your email where u sent the message from. Not a wise thing to do in these times, you could have the FBI knocking on your door not cool.
