thanks to evryone, im glad to hear wat u think!! No im not in collage..im actually only 13 and we're studying milk and people keep saying, 'milk comes from all female mammals' yea well i wantd to know if youd drink cats/dogs or even RATS milk coz yea, well their mammals aint they? thats right! but dude the person with the whole pasturizing law thing..im 13...i dont own a business and i didnt plan on selling anything..but evryone thanks for the answers, reali appreciate it!!

The amounts of calcium, fat, protein and all of that would vary, but it is possible. We already drink goat, sheep, cow, horse, camel etc.

Only babies should drink milk and they should drink their mother's milk. Humans shouldn't drink milk from any animal, period. Cow's milk definitely isn't good for you. Milk can make you sick and kill you, or at least shorten your life. Cow's milk is for calves. It is definitely not good for humans. It can cause a lot of health problems. I think it should be against the law to sell milk for human consumption. You could, but you'd get sick. Milk from the store has been pasteurized to get rid of bacteria. And it's actually against the law to sell milk that hasn't been pasteurized.

i wouldnt do it, i cant even stand goats milk. cows milk is all i drink. but if you want to and then let us know the results of your finding,s i would be glad to hear that you are ok from the experience.

I guess that you could. Milk is milk. I wouldn't want to, plus a dog would be much harder to milk.

I don't see why not, but the reason we don't use them for farming is because they probably produce less milk.
