I would not wear one and Im a male because I think it would first, not look good on males, males are usually hairy and it would just not look fun.
Also we dont have nice bodies like women and its just not "normal"

What's the point of wearing a thong? It's uncomfortable and when you're on the beach in a thong you might as well just go to a nude beach...

It sure is OK for a male to wear a thong at a beach. Fat chicks do it, Hairy chicks do it so why not a fat, hairy guy?..... hey I'd do it

Ew. Why would you want to? But seriously, if you were in parts of Europe and South America that would be acceptable. But not here. I don't care how hot you think your body is. No one wants to see you in a banana hammock.

if u ahve the body for it i would think its ok but if u hav some disgusting stuff hanging i dont think so.
