In many cultures, men wear robes, kilts, grass skirts, sarongs or mu-mus - pretty much like dresses if you ask me.
In Western culture, it is considered cross-dressing for men to wear dresses and skirts. For some reason, it is NOT considered cross-dressing for a woman to wear jeans or trousers! Go figure.
I had a male housemate once who liked wearing a floral pink and orange skirt (no shirt) for comfort. He wasn't gay, and didn't consider himself a transvestite.

They can, and some do. But to dwell upon it , one way or the other is the problem. Well, not even a problem, more an indication that one is struggling with some identity or ego confusion.

In some cultures they do. In America its not a part of the culture. Its not against the law, but there are mean people here that would torment you to no end.

because its called cross-dressing.... and cross dressing is for fags and fags are gay and gay people like men and men who are straight don't like the men who are fags because they act gay and they get banged in the butthole and when they get banged in the butt hole they walk like they got a dildo in their butt and when they walk like they got a dildo in their butt then it looks kinda gay and gay is kind of like fag and fags are hated by straights and straights are liked by women and women have boobies and bootys and bootys and boobies are the greatest things on earth... which is what cross-dressers do not understand and thats why they like to bang/get banged in the butts.
