In our fine country of these Uninted States, you are required to have a permit to own certain weapons, you must have a license to drive a car, and you cannot be a member of THIS society without documentation of various kinds. BUT.........any asshole can breed and bring defensless babies into the world unprepared for them emotionally, finacially and have no social responsability.I think everyone should be sterilized at birth and then only be allowed to have children: 1.Past the age of 21, 2.Married for at least one year(or in some cases with a partner fo a substantial amount of time) 3.In a tax bracket that allows a dependant , 4.Complete and pass drug sceening, background checks and a psychological evaluation. Dont adopting parents go through similar scrutiny? Excuse my misspelling please.

Maybe a bit drastic, I AM a parent though and sadly, I see too many of these little helpless babies born to chaos. As much as I love my own I cant understand why people wouldnt make themselves fantastically prepared for such a gift as a child.

Boy, you just took all the fun out of growing up. Education is the key. Teach our young from birth about the human body and it's needs. For example, if a child is brought up in a nudist environment, it has been proved that they are less interested in sex as teens. They are still interested enough and have certain desires, but the desire to see a naked body and turn-on associated with it are gone. Two people will get together if and when their hearts desire, not their hormones.

Well yeah wouldn't we like to have policies on everything. But sadly, this country depends heavily on "freedom" (not that we see a whole lot of it) but everything you said here is pretty unconstitutional - the word the government loves to use.
